2 Corinthians 6:14 ESV
Feminism is rebellion against God’s design. From the very beginning, God made man first and woman as a helper fit for him (Genesis 2:18, 21–24). Paul confirms this order in 1 Corinthians 11:8–9: “For man was not made from woman, but woman from man. Neither was man created for woman, but woman for man.” This does not mean women are lesser in worth, but it does mean their God-given role is distinct. Feminism seeks to erase this distinction, yet the Word of God makes it plain—men and women are equal in value but not the same in role.
In the home, God established order for blessing. “Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church, his body, and is himself its Savior” (Ephesians 5:22–23). Colossians 3:18 echoes this truth: “Wives, submit to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.” Titus 2:3–5 instructs older women to train the younger “to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled.” God’s design for the household is clear: husbands are to lead with sacrificial love, and wives are to follow with respect and submission. When this order is rejected, the home collapses, and society crumbles with it.
In the church, God also set order. Paul writes in 1 Timothy 2:11–12: “Let a woman learn quietly with all submissiveness. I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet.” Similarly, 1 Corinthians 14:34–35 says: “The women should keep silent in the churches. For they are not permitted to speak, but should be in submission, as the Law also says.” God has entrusted men with the responsibility of spiritual leadership and preaching, while women are called to serve faithfully in their God-given roles. Feminism, however, pushes for women pastors and leaders, directly defying God’s Word.
Scripture calls the family the very first institution established by God. In Genesis 2:24, it says: “Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.” The household is not man’s idea—it is God’s. He ordained marriage between one man and one woman as the foundation of all society. Psalm 127:1 declares, “Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain.” Feminism seeks to tear down this foundation by despising marriage, promoting independence from God’s order, and exalting rebellion over obedience.
But the Bible warns us what happens when God’s household is rejected. Isaiah 3:12 shows judgment upon a people when order collapses: “My people—infants are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, your guides mislead you and they have swallowed up the course of your paths.” Likewise, 1 Timothy 5:14 teaches: “I would have younger widows marry, bear children, manage their households, and give the adversary no occasion for slander.” God intends the household to be a place of order, testimony, and strength. Feminism flips this upside down, making the home a place of strife and rebellion rather than peace and godliness.
Romans 1:26–27 shows the depth of corruption that follows when God’s design for male and female is rejected: unnatural desires, dishonor, and shame. What the world calls “progress” is in fact judgment from God. Feminism is not freedom—it is bondage to sin. It leads to broken homes, fatherless children, confused identities, and a culture at war with the Creator.
Yet the Word of God also gives hope. Galatians 3:28 declares that men and women are equal in Christ: “There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” Equality does not mean sameness of role. Men are called to lead with love; women are called to follow with respect and faithfulness. Together, they reflect the beauty of Christ and His church.
Brothers and sisters, we are living in a time of great deception. The world shouts, “Tear down God’s order! Erase the distinctions He made! Redefine the household, redefine the church, redefine truth itself!” But the Word of God cannot be broken. His design cannot be erased. His authority cannot be overthrown.
Therefore, let us rise up with courage and conviction. Let us proclaim without fear that God’s ways are perfect and His design is good. Let us be watchmen on the wall, warning this generation that rebellion brings destruction, but obedience brings blessing.
The time for silence has passed. This is the hour to stand. This is the time to declare: God’s truth will not bow to feminism, to culture, or to the lies of man. We will not compromise. We will not retreat. We will hold fast to the Word of God—without shame, without apology, without fear—until Christ returns.
